Medlin Creek Ranch
Medlin Creek Ranch is the premier acreage community in the Dripping Springs, Texas area. With large homesites on gorgeous terrain, Medlin Creek Ranch offers the best in new home construction possibilities. Medlin Creek Ranch is an equestrian neighborhood of about 40 lots in Dripping Springs. Lots range in size from just under 2 acres to one lot that’s just over 20 acres. The majority range between about 3-6 acres. Medlin Creek Ranch has been slow to develop, but as the Dripping Springs area has grown, so has the neighborhood. The first homes were built in the mid-1990s as custom buy a lot and build. In 2015, as the demand for luxury homes on acreage increased, we started to see some luxury spec homes being built, which continues today.
